Production Update
August 31, 2010 – Due to the pending merger
of Mariner Energy, Inc. with a subsidiary of Apache
Corporation, Mariner Energy is no longer posting monthly
production updates on its website. Consummation of the
merger remains subject to approval by Mariner’s
stockholders.
